I am a Colorado native and recently moved to Gilbert, AZ. I graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutritional Sciences with my concentration being in Dietetics. I was planning on becoming a Registered Dietician but realized that I didn’t want to work in a hospital setting. I decided that I wanted to work on the preventative side of health and fitness and help people feel good from the inside out. I have always been very athletic and played multiple sports growing up. My main passion was basketball and I was fortunate enough to be able to play at the Division 1 level for Colorado Sate University. Shortly after graduating I was hired on the CSU Women’s Basketball Coaching Staff where I worked as the Video Coordinator and Assistant Director of Basketball Operations. I loved working in athletics but I knew that I didn’t want to coach basketball.

I started competing in 2014. I prepped myself for my very first show and immediately fell in love with competing. At my second show, I won my class and the overall for the show. I decided I would compete at the national level in 2015 to try and earn my IFBB Pro card. I did 2 shows in 2015 and went from being in 3rd call outs at my first national show (Jr. Nationals) to placing first in my class and earning my IFBB Pro card at North Americans. I was very misguided the first couple of years in this sport with the proper way to prep for longevity in this sport. It wasn’t until after I did my pro debut in 2016 that I decided to take a year off from competing and work with a top-level coach. This is when I found Pro Physiques and started to work with Damian. Since then I have been enjoying building my metabolism back up and am in the process of switching divisions from bikini to figure. I plan on making my IFBB Figure debut in 2018.

I am very passionate about health and fitness. I love this lifestyle. I enjoy counting macros, making healthy food taste good and challenging my body with different types of physical activity. I have been coaching clients the last 3 years and truly feel like I have found my passion and calling in life. I get to wake up every day and help my clients change their lives through health and fitness. My ultimate goal in life is to help inspire and teach others new lifestyle habits that will help them be successful on their fitness journey and in life for the rest of their lives. I believe that anyone can live a fit and healthy lifestyle.
